Our company, based in Czech Republic, is focused on production of racing transmissions and drivetrain parts. In our 27 years history we reached lot of national and international achievements which reflect our determination to win and being on the edge of technology.
Take a look at our greatest successes through the years we are on market.
That year was the actual beginning of a successful long-term cooperation in motorsport industry in its time trade marked Jancik-Simek Racing
The era of our gearboxes began in 1998, with our first dog-box gearbox in Autocross, based on Renault R30.
Even though at the beginning of the millennium sequential gearboxes were the most domain of large corporations, our Czech company managed to develop its own sequential gearbox, based on Renault R30 gearbox, with one of the smoothest shifting around motorsport world.
After success with our sequential transmissions we pushed hard with development which led to the first 7 speed sequential gearbox in autocross. In addition, we develop our own hydraulic shifting mechanism – at the time it was used only in world tier motorsport, such a Formula 1 or WRC. Thanks to this, we also gained 3 consecutive autocross european titles in B1600 category.
The desire to win drove us to develop our own engine – full CNC billet 2 stroke, 1500cc V4 engine, with over 270 hp and built in 6 speed sequential gearbox it has been a timeless piece of technology in its time.
Dakar Rally was our next challenge which we succesfully conquered. Our gearbox went the full length of the race without any failure and brought czech crew Zapletal / Ourednicek to the finish.
At the time when seamless transmission was only in Formula 1 competition, we started with development of our own, fully mechanical seamless transmission system.
Our most successful gearbox to date was launched in 2011. As the most versatile on the market, we are able to use it for almost all motorsport categories, such a Hill-Climb, Autocross / Rallycross, Drift, Time Attack and many more. One concept, an infinity of options.
By this year You can see logo of D.M.A. on our gearboxes. The name comes from initial letters of our founders names – Dusan Simek, Michal Jancik and Alois Jancik. The new era has begun.
After 5 years of development of our own seamless shifting mechanism, we finally tested it. Shifting time gains are enourmous, as the technology shifts in just zero seconds. Our system as well seems to be most reliable and technologically advanced over other manufacturers.
Many things happened in this year, as we founded company D.M.A. racing gears, invested in CNC machining technology and succesfully engineered buggy 1600 project with double 2 stroke engines with over 320 hp and our unrivalled seamless transmission.
We finally took the entire production under one building and are fully prepared for new challenges To meet the demand, we have invested into more CNC machines and have in preparation some interesting projects...
